Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) announced today that
subsidiaries of the Company have completed the sale of 120-bed Bayfront
Health Dade City in Dade City, Florida, and its associated assets to
subsidiaries of Adventist Health System. The effective date of the
transaction is April 1, 2018.
The hospital included in this transaction is one of the planned
divestitures discussed on the Company’s fourth quarter 2017 earnings
call.
